Race Information
The course is a coastal trail run over a challenging path. The path is narrow,
the path is steep, the route is tough
You will need to be sure footed and prepared to get your feet wet, but are you
really ready for this kind of scenic shocker?
The challenge is up to you

On the day entries will incur an additional £2.00 cost per entry....therefore enter asap online!!

Registration
Collect race numbers etc from HQ Registration on race day...
therefore make sure you arrive early enough! Nothing will be posted.

Directions
Take the Britannia Bridge on to the island of Anglesey which is on the A5/A55,
you can then continue to Valley which is just before Holyhead. Then take the
A5025 up the left side of the island to Cemaes. The other option is to use the
Menai Bridge and the A5025 round the right side of the island, through Benlech
and Amlwch to Cemaes. Coming from the direction of Amlwch the primary car park
can be accessed by turning off the A5025 just before you enter Cemaes. Coming
from the direction of Holyhead the turning is just as you pass Cemaes.
Alternative car parking is available at the bay within the centre of Cemaes
itself.

Information
• Timing - you will be timed, after all it is a race
• First Aid medical support will be available on the course along with our yellow
friends called marshalls with phones and walkie talkies
• Toilet facilities will be available at race HQ(the finish....), no showers
though....
• There are water stations on the course at 5k and the finish.
• Make sure you’re on time as there will be busses leaving the HQ to transport competitors to a
secret location

Prizes
We have prizes for 1st through to 3rd in Male & Female Categories for Bay2Bae plus we have goodie bags for all finishers
including Mini Bay2Bae!

Race Directors words of warning and comfort
• Arrive with plenty of time
• Remember that warm up
• Be prepared, make sure your not still in pyjamas but wearing your bestest
running clothes and trainers with good offroad
grip.....oh and a nice new set of dry clothes to change into.
